Used Car Purchase Customer Care
Whilst we take every effort to ensure the mechanical quality of your new car,
things can still go wrong from time to time. We want to be sure you're happy
with your purchase so, if a fault does develop we will do everything we can to
help you rectify it quickly and without fuss.
The 90-day RAC 5 Star Warranty supplied with your car will cover most situations
where there is mechanical failure. Any mechanical fault that is not covered by
the warranty is guaranteed by Nu-Car on a sliding scale the longer you own the
vehicle.
In the first month Nu-Car will cover the full cost (parts, labour and VAT) of
any mechanical failure not covered by your warranty. In month 2 we will
contribute up to 50% of such costs and up to 33% in the third month.
